About WOMEN IN COLOR:
Women In Color is a project series which came about after witnessing another type of concept created by a photographer. In this series, dazzling color will be the primary focus. The expressive power of color in visuals is fascinating. Color has an immediacy, a sensory quality that can elicit emotions and instantly draw the viewer into an image.
With Women In Color, I want to take the idea a step further. In many of the images, bright colors or colored patterns/textures on the scene- while in others, carefully placed pops of vivid hues will be used.
But of course, all of this merely will serve to lend an air of delectation and excitement and to enhance, but never overshadow, the primary subject of the images ... stunningly beautiful women. I will consult with the models before the shoot about which colors, they believe look best for them.
